Wow! We can't believe we are finishing up the 1st half of the school year. This week the 1st graders are busy showing us all that they have learned in quarter 2 with skill assessments. We will be sending home most of the assessments for you to see. 2nd quarter report cards will be ready to view on January 10th.
Over the break we encourage you to keep up with reading daily and also red word practice. By the end of the week we will have done a check on the spelling of the red words we have covered in quarters 1 and 2. We ask that you use this as a guide to continue to practice spelling of any unknown words over the break. The goal is for your child to be able to spell the 50 words correctly going into quarter 3.
